The Internal Quality Assurance Cell &College ICT cell in association with Department of Education Central University of Kerala,Kasargode organised a workshop on E-Learning Tools for Digital Natives on 2th March 2019. K Thiyagu Asst.Professor; Department of Education handled the sessions on E-Resources for Learning and E-Content Development. V VJoshith Asst. Professor, Department of Education interacted about Massive Online Open Courses and SWAYAM. He also demonstrated the use of MOODLE: Open Source Learning Platform.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND ROBOTICS WORKSHOP
For the first time in the history of MES KEVEEYAM College Valanchery DEPARTMENT OF COMPUTER APPLICATION, STUDENTS ASSOCIATION BCAZO in collaboration with INSTITUTION INNOVATION COUNCIL (IIC) presented intercollegiate workshop on ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND ROBOTICS. Many excellent robotic models were exhibited . There were six of them.

Basics of Drone making, 3D printing and working of Neurosky robot were conducted by AKHIL R and GITHU N.S from KASPEROB ROBOTICS . Students from outside the college participated in the program. Certificates were provided to the students attended the workshop.
Mr. Muhammed Ramees, a most valuable partner (MVP) at Microsoft, was the esteemed chief guest. Our College Principal Dr. Mohammed Ali, HOD of Physical Education Department Mr. Dhinil, Professor KH Razzaque, Associate Professor(HOD) C.K Hassan etc. was also present in the event. National seminar on “New Vistas in Chemistry (NVC 2015)” and Frontier Areas of Chemistry (2014-15) was organized under the aegis of Research and PG department of Chemistry, MES Keveeyam College, Valanchery on 1st and 2nd of December 2015. The seminar was intended to give an insight to students and teachers about the major areas in chemical research and expose them to the promising developments in chemistry. The seminar provided a platform for interaction among eminent scientists, faculty members, research scholars and students which facilitated the exchange of ideas. It helped the students to dedicate themselves to create high quality research in various meritorious institutions in India and abroad.Both the seminars were sponsored by University Grant Commission.
International Seminar on Novel Aspects in Material Science (ISNAMS 2015) was
organized by the Research and Post Graduate Department of Chemistry of MES Keveeyam
College, Valanchery organized on 11th March 2015 in collaboration with the State Higher
Education Council. The seminar was intended to give an insight to students and faculties on
the novel aspects in the field of material science.The major attraction of ISNAMS 2015 was the erudite lectures by two international scholars. Prof. Ho-Sum Kim (New Castle University, Australia) conducted a lecture on
Fatigue damage applicable for fibre reinforced composites. Ms. Jlassy Khouloud delivered a
lecture on clay nano composites.
The Dept of Chemistry have conducted Two day workshop on "Advancements of Analytical Instruments in Modern Science" on 29th september 2015 as a part of our continuing efforts to impart high quality learning and research activities. A number of experts and specialists in this field from all over India will deliver lectures in the Work shop. The major goal of this Work shop is to highlight the latest scientific advances in Instru- mental Methods within the broad spectrum of Chemistry to the academia. This Seminar will provide an opportunity for researchers coming from different corners to be on a single platform for discussion, exchanging ideas and developing collaborations. The Work shop will be attended by about 150 participants from University teaching Departments and neighboring research Institutions, comprising of experts, teachers and researchers.

Department of Physics, M E S Keveeyam College, Valanchery Organized by a One day Workshop on Syllabus Revision for B.Sc. Physics, Calicut University on 18-12- 2018. Workshop was inaugurated by N.E Rajeev, Chairman of UG Board of Studies, Calicut University. The welcome speech was given by Dr U. Sailaja, and the precedential address was given by Prof AMP Hamza. Faculties from various colleges actively participated in the discussion. The discussion on syllabus revision was insightful and consolidated suggestion was presented by and documented by Dr. Nabeel Rashin.
